By the Numbers: WGU Washington’s Class of 2017

This Saturday at KeyArena in Seattle, WGU Washington will award more than 2,600 bachelor’s and master’s degrees to the Class of 2017.

The class is roughly 35 percent larger than last year’s group of graduates. In the six years since lawmakers established the university, WGU Washington’s enrollment has grown more than 1,200 percent. The total number of students now exceeds 10,000 — making the online university the sixth largest university in the state.
